A delicious start to the day!
Every morning between 8.30 and 10.00 we serve petit déjeuneron our terrace overlooking the garden. We offer three types of breakfast: Français, Complètand Céreales, so you can have the breakfast that suits you. Please let us know which breakfast you prefer. Our breakfast menu also offers a range of extras that you can order to complete your breakfast.
As everyone is different, we like to offer a range of options so we can tailor breakfast to your wishes. Please keep in mind that breakfast is not included in the price of your accommodation.
Have a snack when you want one
If you’ve been out for a long walk or a day’s sightseeing and fancy something to eat without having to go out in the evening, just come and see us and order one of our delicious snack platters.
As the products we use for our platters are sourced freshly each day, please make sure you order your snack platter in good time.
Please note that we don’t serve lunch!
A leisurely meal under the stars
All the luxury you’d expect in a restaurant, served ‘at home’ under a breath-taking starry sky - this is how we always describe ourtable d’hôtesdinners. Twice a week in the high season, from June to September, Karen prepares a three course meal using fresh local and seasonal produce, which is then served on the shared terrace or in the courtyard.
The table d’hôtesevening costs €29.50 per person. This includes an aperitif, first course, main course, dessert and coffee or tea.
Where does Karen get her inspiration from?
Karen loves to wander around the markets in Uzès and St Quentin la Poterie, but she can also spend hours leafing through cookery books and magazines!
If you would like to join us for a table d’hôtesdinner during your stay, please let us know no later than the evening before. We require a minimum of 6 people and we would be sorry to have to disappoint you on the day itself.
Great! If it’s wet or too cold to eat outside, there’s no need to cancel the meal as we simply move dinner into the cave(our snug wine cellar).
Good wine is a real pleasure!
Did you know that the Languedoc-Roussillon is the largest wine-growing region in France? The dry climate and many hours of sun create the ideal conditions for producing the very best wines. With fantastic results!
During the winter period, Rob spends time selecting the best wines to offer you. He looks forward to introducing you to them.
TIP: Visit one of the many wineries, including several famous ones, close to our Mas and discover the variety of high quality wines!
Refreshments by the pool
If you’re in need of refreshment after a swim or splash in the pool, a selection of chilled drinks is available in the fridge beside the pool and the freezer is full of ice creams!
Just take whatever you fancy and write it down on the list. You’ll be charged on departure.
